The Membership Representative 1 serves as the first point of contact at the Eugene Family YMCA's Welcome Centers, providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants. This front-facing role is responsible for welcoming individuals, managing membership sales and registrations, and maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere that embodies the organization's core values.
