Membership Trainee

The Membership Trainee delivers exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants while creating a welcoming environment at the YMCA. The role involves assisting with membership transactions, conducting facility tours, and supporting relationship-building activities under the direction of the Membership Director. The position requires working toward meeting all Member Specialist I requirements within 60 days of hire.
