The Memory Care Activities Coordinator works closely with Assisted Living residents to create engaging experiences and encourage participation in community activities. This role focuses on fostering a positive environment that promotes resident engagement, wellness, and a sense of purpose through dynamic lifestyle programming. The position involves planning and executing both on-site and off-site events to enhance the quality of life for older adults.
