Memory Care Manager

The Memory Care Manager at Greenspring Village is responsible for overseeing the Memory Care neighborhood and supporting the integration of memory care services across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living neighborhoods. The role centers on promoting residents’ psychosocial well-being and ensuring a high standard of resident care and customer service within the Erickson Senior Living community. This position emphasizes person-centered dementia care and collaboration across departments to support residents and families.
