Mental Health Aide I or II at Cascadia Health’s Nadine’s Place supports adults with mental health challenges in a licensed residential treatment home in SE Portland. The role provides whole-person, trauma-informed care to promote recovery, independence, and transition to less restrictive settings. Scheduled overnight shifts (Wednesday–Saturday 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.) and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are part of the position.
