Mental Health Assistant I

Provides direct care and support to patients with mental health needs in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring they receive appropriate treatment in collaboration with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff. Works under provider and nursing orders to assist with daily living activities, monitor clinical status, and maintain a safe environment. This is a per diem role at UHS Binghamton General Hospital's Memorial 5 Psychiatric unit.
