The Mental Health Associate 2 provides direct care and observation for behavioral health patients across the emergency department, inpatient units, and the Behavioral Health Unit (BHU). The role works under the supervision of RNs to support patients' psychosocial and physical needs and serves as a trusted connection between patients and the treatment team.
