Mental Health Associate II - Float Pool

About this role
The Mental Health Associate II provides direct observation and supportive care to patients experiencing psychiatric conditions within an acute-care behavioral health setting. The role helps maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and partners closely with registered nurses to monitor patients who require close supervision. This is a predominantly night-shift position with a 0.9 FTE and rotating weekends and holidays.
