Mental Health Counselor

The Mental Health Counselor works as part of a treatment team in a 24/7 Crisis Stabilization Unit, providing short-term residential stabilization services for individuals with psychiatric and/or substance abuse disorders. The role involves delivering supportive, non-judgmental care to adult clients, assisting with case management duties, and collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and families to ensure patient safety and effective treatment plans. This position requires maintaining professional boundaries while fostering therapeutic relationships and contributing to a safe, therapeutic environment.
