Mental Health Intake Associate

The Mental Health Intake Associate provides the initial response to callers for Linden Oaks Medical Group, conducting assessments, scheduling behavioral health appointments, and triaging crisis calls. The role also handles patient registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, and various front‑desk and accounting duties using Epic and other departmental software.
