Mental Health Manager

The Early Childhood Mental Health Manager provides consultation, training, and support to Head Start children, families, and staff to promote social-emotional development and mental health wellness. The role involves conducting classroom observations, facilitating screenings and assessments, coordinating referrals to community services, and delivering parent and staff training. The manager also maintains confidential records, ensures compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support child and family needs.
