Mental Health Practitioner

The Mental Health Practitioner role involves providing evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties within schools. The position requires conducting assessments, developing care packages, and collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to support client well-being. The role also includes completing a PGCert in Supervision of Therapeutic Practice to supervise trainee and qualified clinical practitioners.
