Mental Health Specialist

The Mental Health Specialist provides a range of behavioral health services to patients and families within the hospital, delivering individual, family, and group counseling, evaluations, safety planning, crisis response, and coordination with community resources. The role supports mothers in the hospital and collaborates with physicians and staff to address psychosocial aspects of illness and to develop educational and supportive programs. Services may be delivered via teletherapy or face-to-face, with some evening and/or weekend work required.
