Mental Health Specialist

Liberty Resources seeks Mobile Crisis Mental Health Specialists (Responders) to provide non-clinical support, crisis intervention, and care coordination for individuals and families in Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego counties. These specialists work alongside clinicians to conduct needs assessments, develop safety plans, and facilitate referrals to behavioral health and medical services during and after crisis episodes. The role involves active listening, documentation, and collaboration with diverse partners in a fast-paced, community-based environment.
