Mental Health Support Worker

The role provides crisis and therapeutic support to a young person with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs, delivering 12‑hour day and night shifts in a residential setting. The worker will build trusting relationships, promote daily routines, transport the young person to appointments, and collaborate with external professionals while maintaining accurate records and participating in supervision and training.
