About this role
The Mental Health Technician (MHT) at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness is a part-time inpatient behavioral health role providing direct patient support under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed mental health clinicians. The position supports the treatment team and helps maintain a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed environment while upholding Dayton Children’s values. The role includes involvement in unit operations, weekend and holiday rotations, and direct interaction with patients and families.
