Crisis Stabilization Services at Horizons Mental Health Center (HMHC) provide 24/7, short-term services to adults and youth experiencing a mental health crisis. The goal is to reduce inpatient hospitalization and involvement with law enforcement, while engaging individuals with outpatient treatment and support. The team delivers intensive, goal-directed crisis stabilization and coordinates with clinical and community partners to support community reintegration.
