About this role
A Bachelor-level Mental Health Worker (Bachelor Level Therapist) at Salisbury Behavioral Health (RHA Health Services) provides community- and home-based behavioral health support for children, adolescents, and families with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health or substance-use needs. The role is part of a multidisciplinary clinical team and includes access to supervision toward licensure and specialty family therapy training. Full-time employees are eligible for a $1,000 stay bonus paid over the first 12 months.
