Mental Health Worker Part-Time

The Mental Health Worker supports a trauma-informed environment at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch by facilitating and supervising residential programming, including recreational activities and basic living skills, while ensuring youth safety. This role serves as a positive role model and mentor to adolescents in treatment, requiring a strong work ethic and a passion for helping youth with complex emotional and behavioral issues.
