Mental Health Worker

The Mental Health Worker provides therapeutic interventions for clients and participates as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team within a specialized residential treatment facility for adolescent girls. The role involves carrying out client treatment interventions, observing and documenting behavioral responses, and leading or co-leading client groups. This position focuses on maintaining a safe environment, coordinating client movements, and supporting discharge planning through collaboration with the treatment team.
