Mental Health Worker

The Mental Health Worker provides therapeutic interventions for clients and participates as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team at Natchaug Hospital. The role involves interacting with clients based on their specific needs, documenting behavioral and physical responses, and assisting with physical interventions and de-escalation techniques. This part-time position offers various shifts ranging from 8 to 32 hours per week, including every other weekend.
