Mental Health Worker

This part-time, on-call position involves providing direct patient care and crisis stabilization for adolescent females in a 22-bed unit. The role requires participating in patient needs assessment, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment, and collaborating with professional nurses. Staff must be available for 12-hour shifts and every other weekend to support the multi-disciplinary treatment team.
