Mentor 1 & 2 shift

The Bilingual Mentor is responsible for onboarding, training, coaching, and developing new and existing employees to ensure they are properly prepared to perform their assigned job responsibilities safely, effectively, and consistently. This position serves as a key resource for employees by providing hands-on instruction, reinforcing established work procedures, and supporting a positive and productive learning environment. The Bilingual Mentor will help ensure all employees receive a consistent onboarding and training experience, regardless of shift or work area, including delivering training in both English and Spanish when needed.
