Mentor (DSP/1:1 Support Staff)

Advocates is seeking a compassionate and dependable Mentor to support a woman with a developmental disability who uses a wheelchair. The role involves assisting with independent living activities, personal care, and community outings while maintaining a clean and organized home environment. Staff must be patient, encouraging, and have a passion for cooking and baking, with experience or willingness to learn Hoyer lift usage.
