Mentor (DSP/1:1 Support Staff)

Advocates is seeking a creative and compassionate Mentor to support a gifted young man with a developmental disability in developing independent living, communication, and social interaction skills. The role involves assisting with community participation, decision-making, and fostering healthy social connections in a nonjudgmental environment. This position requires a patient and supportive individual to help the mentee build confidence and meaningful friendships.
