Mentor

The Mentor role supports young people aged 18–24 in overcoming barriers and building confidence to secure sustainable employment. The position involves managing a caseload to provide tailored one-to-one support, from initial assessment and job preparation through to in-work support and sustained outcomes. Success in this role requires building effective relationships with participants, employers, and key stakeholders to facilitate successful transitions into the labour market.
