Mentor

This position serves as a mentor to minors and coordinates stabilization services for children in partnership with an assigned Social Worker. The role involves managing the environment, providing crisis intervention, and ensuring necessary supports for children and Resource Families. The individual acts as a liaison between the child, Resource parent, and various program and clinical directors.
