Mentoring Team

The Mentoring Team supports new members of the Career ConneXions leadership team by guiding them through the school year, building confidence, and helping them balance club responsibilities with academics. Mentors foster personal and leadership growth through positive relationships, regular communication, and active participation in club activities. The role involves 15 positions, including two team leader roles responsible for coordinating mentors and mentees.
