MEP Construction Manager - Data Center Construction

The MEP Construction Manager serves as the Owner’s Representative responsible for driving the successful delivery of data center MEP construction projects from shovel-ready status through commissioning and turnover. This role manages project scope, schedule, and budget while overseeing design-build contractors and the General Contractor, coordinating design phases and permitting, and maintaining a strong field presence to verify safe, high-quality construction.
