MEP Cost Manager

The MEP Cost Manager provides independent, rate-based cost assurance for MEP systems from tender through to final account, leveraging strong system knowledge and current UAE/GCC market insight. The role involves managing pre-contract activities such as BOQ takeoffs, rate build-ups, and tender analysis, alongside post-contract duties including payment assessments, variation evaluations, and cost reporting. This position requires a deep understanding of major MEP systems and the local supply chain to support complex projects.
