About this role

Aro Homes is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scope for its volumetric prefabricated single-family homes. The role involves owning the design, documentation, and Title 24 energy compliance for core house products while collaborating with architecture, engineering, and construction teams. This position requires regular travel to the Sacramento plant and active job sites in the South Bay to ensure clean factory and field installation.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems for residential homes
Produce Title 24 energy compliance documentation and coordinate HERS verification
Ensure MEP scope meets California codes and manage permit documentation
