The role involves coordinating design and construction activities, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with local codes, and collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and design teams from pre-bid through close-out.

Responsibilities

Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work from design to completion
Manage MEP project budgets, costs, schedules, and risk assessments
Serve as a liaison between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams
Ensure safety compliance and oversee quality inspections and testing procedures
Provide technical guidance to superintendents and project managers on MEP systems

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementLEED Certification (preferred)6+ years of MEP and commercial construction experience5+ years of project management experience
