(MEP/CSA) Assistant Cost Manager - Data Centre

As an Assistant Cost Manager for Data Centre Projects, you will support the delivery of cost management services across fast-paced, service-intensive environments. Working under the guidance of senior cost managers, you will assist with cost planning, tender support, contract administration, and reporting activities while maintaining organized documentation and audit-ready files for MEP or CSA packages. The role involves tracking project costs, monitoring variations, assisting in change control procedures, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to verify work progress and financial claims. A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, or a related discipline is required, along with 2-5 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
