Merchandise Associate

This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying store philosophy, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. The associate supports operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while adhering to labor laws and safety awareness procedures. Tasks include operating cash registers, processing merchandise for the sales floor, promoting loyalty programs, and participating in store recovery and shrink reduction goals.
