The Merchandise Associate serves as a key part of the game-day team at PNC Field, providing fast, friendly, and accurate point-of-sale service for fans purchasing merchandise during RailRiders events. This role focuses on efficiently processing transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, maintaining a balanced register, and delivering excellent guest service in a lively, high-volume sports environment. The associate is responsible for greeting customers, processing high-volume transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
