Merchandise Coordinator

This role involves executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient associate processing and teamwork within a TJX retail store. The position creates a positive customer experience, manages product flow from delivery to the sales floor, and upholds cleanliness and organizational standards across the store and backroom. Candidates will train and mentor associates on merchandising principles while monitoring team productivity and adhering to company policies.
