Merchandise Coordinator

A HomeGoods loss prevention or operations lead role focused on executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store processing and an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include orchestrating truck deliveries, training and mentoring associates on merchandising principles, maintaining backroom organization, and coordinating the flow of goods to the sales floor. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
