Merchandiser

This role involves traveling across a 24-state region to assist independent hardware retailers with store projects, including new openings, remodels, and complete store resets. The Merchandiser will arrange and stock products using planograms, assemble and install fixtures, and ensure accurate pricing and product identification. The position requires working directly with store owners and managers to prioritize project needs and train employees on merchandising standards.
