About this role
The Manager of Onboarding & Activations will lead DoorDash’s Merchant Experience Ops team responsible for the end-to-end merchant onboarding and activation journey. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Strategy & Operations to shape strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive scale and automation. Reporting to a Senior Manager, the position contributes to organizational vision and supports leadership development within the team.
