Merchant Sales Advisor

The Merchant Sales Advisor is an integral member of the Key Merchant Services sales team, focusing on growing client relationships with payment and card processing needs within Consumer Business Banking. The role involves developing, managing, and retaining profitable client relationships for basic to moderately complex merchant needs while providing recommendations and solutions to achieve team goals. The advisor partners with various functional groups and lines of business throughout the bank to identify growth opportunities and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction.
