About this role

As a Senior Merchant Success Specialist at Happen Bank, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a diverse network of merchants, including medical providers, contractors, and small business owners. You will independently manage the full lifecycle of merchant relationships, encompassing onboarding, compliance reviews, fraud monitoring, and proactive engagement to drive financial progress. This role requires balancing analytical rigor with genuine partnership to ensure both business protection and merchant success.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end business onboarding reviews for new merchants
Conduct proactive outbound calls to welcome and activate merchant accounts
Monitor behavioral alerts and Tableau reports to identify risk patterns
Manage ATO and First Party Fraud investigations with clear documentation
Build consultative relationships with merchants to identify growth signals
