Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Green Thumb Industries will support the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic opportunities. Working closely with senior M&A team members, company executives, and external advisors, the analyst will be involved across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial assessment and valuation through diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, business and market understanding, and translating complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
