The Merrill Private Wealth Supervision Manager supervises Private Wealth Advisors and supports clients to ensure compliance with laws and policies while focusing on the needs of ultra-high-net-worth families. This client-centric leadership role partners with advisors and management to manage risk, ensure robust supervisory practices, and contribute to branch profitability by minimizing regulatory, financial, and reputational risks. The position reports to the Business Segment Supervision Executive and Regional Managing Director, operating independently to monitor policy adherence and coach advisors.
