MES Change Specialist

The MES Change Specialist supports the design, configuration, testing, validation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and electronic batch documentation at a highly automated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, IT/OT, and other teams to manage MES changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve manufacturing efficiency. The specialist leads requirements gathering, develops validation protocols, and oversees the end-to-end MES change management process.
