About this role

Abbott seeks an experienced MES Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex manufacturing technology programs across its global network. This hands-on leadership role requires direct responsibility for end-to-end program delivery, encompassing scope, schedule, and budget while driving measurable business outcomes in regulated environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure systems are scalable and aligned with enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MES and manufacturing system programs from conception to deployment
Own delivery outcomes including scope, schedule, budget, and value realization
Drive execution across cross-functional teams in complex regulated environments
Identify and actively manage risks and dependencies within site-specific constraints
Mentor project managers and analysts to establish rigorous execution discipline
