The Mesa Energy Systems Sales Manager will drive new business acquisition and lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales, profit, and client relationship goals within the HVAC and Building Automation market. Working closely with the Branch Manager, this role develops market strategies, oversees performance, and ensures high client satisfaction while managing pricing, proposals, and budgeting.
