As the Messaging Automation Manager, you’ll shape the automated SMS, RCS, and Push Notification experiences that guide customers through their homebuying and homeownership journey. You’ll own the technical operations behind our messaging platforms while partnering with internal teams to design thoughtful, data-informed communication strategies.
