Method Development and Validation Specialist

This role focuses on developing and validating analytical methods for nucleic acid quantification, gene sequencing, and PCR technologies in compliance with Chinese Pharmacopoeia, ICH, and ISO standards. The specialist will conduct independent experiments, optimize methodologies for improved sensitivity and efficiency, and manage documentation and compliance activities. Collaboration with QC and R&D teams is essential for data review, problem resolution, and technical transfers.
