As a Metrologist at Abbott, you will execute and coordinate the company's metrological assurance program, specifically through the calibration of critical measurement instruments like scales, manometers, thermometers, and differential pressure gauges. This role involves coordinating with external vendors, supporting them during contracted activities, and managing the registration and suitability evaluation of new instruments within the pharmaceutical environment. By ensuring the proper use of primary and secondary standards in the metrology laboratory, you directly contribute to the quality and reliability of the company's established pharmaceutical products.
