Metrology Engineer

The Metrology Engineer is responsible for creating and optimizing recipes for prototype wafers using Focused Ion Beam (FIB) tools, while improving wafer quality and yield through comprehensive failure analysis. This role involves process integration and characterization for new technology programs, utilizing analytical software to determine root causes of process variations and recommend corrective actions. The position requires collaboration with engineering groups to address metrology requests and sustain prototype line activity.
